Before the Challenge we will ask you:

To declare you believe you are medically fit to take in the 3 activities.

Declare any illness we should be aware of in order to advise medical professionals should you need assistance during the challenge.

To share the contact mobile you will be carrying with you whilst cycling and walking.

To share name and contact details of someone we should communicate with should you need assistance or referred to hospital.
